Our assigned group topic is Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture. The issue of patient safety has become a fundamental concern in the contemporary society. This is because harm and discomfort feature as additional expenses that undermine the prospects of delivering quality healthcare to patients. Such metrics also divert the focus of nurses who find themselves having to deal with additional workloads. The article I chose focuses on a nursing survey that was organized with the fundamental goal of understanding the safety of patients against the backdrop of the prevailing culture at a nursing home based in France.
